1. LOGIN TO THE APPLICATION

LOGIN ISSUES

First  check whether you have internet connection and the latest version of Fishinda has been installed! If it does not work, restart the device.

Only as a last resort delete and reinstall the app! Though that does not affect your profile, but you still need to know your username and password.

The main rule of the general debugging order is the Rule 3 R: “Restart, Reset, Restore”.

2. REGISTRATION ISSUES

During e-mail registration the entire process has to be completed in order to receive the confirmation link. If the message with the link does not arrive, please check the accuracy of the provided e-mail address. It may also happen that the confirmation message lands in the spam folder. Once you’ve clicked on the confirmation link in the e-mail, open the Fishinda app again and log in by typing your email address and password.

In case of Facebook login allow Fishinda to access your mandatory data, after which the application will automatically open.

If you are unable to sign up in the above mentioned ways, please email us at support@fishinda.com describing the problem, also indicating the type of your phone and the operating system running on it..

3. FUNCTION ERRORS

4. MISSING FISHING WATERS

Fishinda database contains thousands of fishing waters, which is broadened day by day based on users’ catches. Specified catch locations are constantly monitored by our development team, and new lakes, rivers, coastlines, etc are recorded where unknown fishing waters are listed.

Just enable the app to use your exact position during the upload of your catches, so we can see whether the water was already listed or it needs to make up for it.

If you would like us to record the new spot within 24 hours, then message us at support@fishinda.com along with a Google Maps link.

5. MISSING BAIT OR FISH SPECIES

Our database comprises hundreds of fish species together with stacks of baits and groundbaits  This directory is developing steadily with your help. Try out the Search Function!

If your favorite bait or fish is not listed yet, then message us at support@fishinda.com. In case of a fish, please send a brief description and a photo, and for baits a web link is required where it can be found.

6. NOTIFICATIONS AND E-MAILS

TURNING OFF NOTIFICATIONS

To turn off notifications go to Phone Settings > press Notifications > choose Fishinda. Here you can disable app messages.

Please note that Fishinda is having an intelligent notification system in order to deliver only relevant information, so we encourage you to stay connected with us!

NEWSLETTER UNSUBSCRIPTION

If you do not want to hear about us again, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter. The unsubscription link can be found at the bottom of any newsletter received from us.

7. TERMINATION OF FEATURED SUBSCRIPTION

Thank you for trying out our extra features. Please let us know how to fix and improve the Extra Functions at support@fishinda.com.

To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:

iOS

  1. Select Settings on your iPhone,
  2. Click on iTunes and App Stores,
  3. Click on the Apple ID line > click on the View Apple ID line,
  4. Click the Subscriptions button to adjust your changes,
  5. Choose from different payment plans; or terminate your subscription – meaning that it will not automatically renew after the current period expires.

Android:

  1. Open https://pay.google.com/payments
  2. On the left side select Subscriptions and Features/Services.
  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel. 

Depending on your device, payment transactions are made by Apple or Google. If you would like to know more details about the process, please contact them.
